Received from Tmall the Fastest Growth Award in 2015 for five consecutive years, the brand's year-on-year growth rate in Tmall platform exceeds 70%, ranking as the 1st among foreign brands in the gas-water heater industry. In the high-end market, Rinnai gas water heater 4000+ market share accounts for the 1st in the industry, achieved a multi-dimensional breakthrough in performance, marketing, IOT joint customization, service experience, etc.

Repackage and reposition the brand, rebranded it to broaden the type of users, so as to be more in line with the consumer trend of the label, direct from the niche to the masses. Dig deeper into the product power and pull other signature products into a matrix sales explosion.

By studying the characteristics of the brand's crowd, combined with user trend needs, accurately target the category crowd, realized an over-48% brand crowd repurchase rate, received both Tmall International KA merchants and platform TOP1 makeup remover certification in the 2nd half of 2020.

Project Results

Bicheng took over the operation of the brand in half a year and the turnover increased several times. Specifically, it has not only helped the brand to complete the construction from 0 to 1, from niche to mass transformation, but also empowered the signature product makeup remover to be the TOP 1 international makeup remover on Tmall for three consecutive years; combined with the new product to expand the category matrix, omni-channel operation, rapid layout of cross-border ecosystem.
